Step 1
Men's T Clinic Office Visit
Call us at 1-800-246-LowT to verify your insurance, and to schedule a time that works for you for a consultation with a dedicated provider. We also welcome walk-ins.
If you plan to use insurance be sure to set a morning appointment before 10:00 am, most companies require this because it gives a more accurate result.
Complete the new patient forms, print them and bring them with you for your first visit.

Step 2
Total Office Visit Time with or without an appointment - 30 minutes
Fill out a simple patient history and questionnaire (5minutes)
Have a In-Clinic blood draw taken to have your Testosterone levels checked (5 minutes)
While waiting for your results enjoy time in our Wi-Fi enabled media room with free drinks, snacks, and 24 hr sports on the flat screen television (15 minutes)
Once your results are ready you will discuss them with our dedicated healthcare professional, who will help you determine if you qualify for treatment, what options are best for you, and establish a personalized plan (10 minutes)
If you qualify, you may receive your first injection immediately. A follow-up second morning test may be necessary to qualify.

Return for Injection/Prescription

Not all patients will need treatment and the treatment may vary depending on each individual's case.

We Understand, Schedules Change
Once on therapy, you select a day and time to return by appointment; or, walk-in anytime of day at your convenience during business hours. Once an established Testosterone / Hormone Optimization patient, you can walk into any Men’s T Clinic location for your therapy, not just your home clinic.
If your schedule changes, come into the clinic as close to your requested day as possible to maintain desired therapy outcomes. We make the therapy process as flexible and personalized as you need.

Optimize your Testosterone
After being on regular therapy you will be scheduled for follow-up blood tests for data – delivered, and for safety and efficacy.
Bloodwork to retest levels occurs on your regularly scheduled treatment appointment date. You do not need to fast for this blood draw, unless indicated by your provider or Patient Care Coordinator.
Your lab results will be discussed with your clinic director on your next visit.Your dose will be adjusted to minimize any potential unwanted side effects of therapy, and to maintain optimal therapeutic levels.
