Meet Kelly Cook, MPAS, PA-C

Kelly Cook is a seasoned, driven Physician Assistant with over 22 years of experience in the medical field, including 15 years specializing in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) with focus on men’s total wellness.

In 2016, Kelly joined the Men’s T Clinic team, continuing his mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered care for men, taking on and defining the role of Director of Operations with experience, insight and collaboration – playing an integral role in protocols, operations, training and mentoring providers across the Men’s T Clinic system, ensuring the highest standards in care.

Kelly has co-authored three articles published in prominent medical journals. One notable piece, titled “Risks of Myocardial Infarction and Strokes in Men Treated with Testosterone: The Low T Experience,” was selected as late-breaking news by the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and featured as a poster presentation at the 2015 AACE Conference.

Kelly earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from Hardin-Simmons University, where he also played football and was named Academic All-Conference in two seasons. He later received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with his wife—his college sweetheart—and their three wonderful children. He’s an avid outdoorsman who loves fishing, skiing, working out, and cheering on his kids in their sports activities.
